Delete your GospelGram account

You can permanently delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open GospelGram and go to your Profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. Any active recurring donations you set up are cancelled automatically.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@theodoxia.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos, posts, moments, comments and messages.
• Your followers/following relationships.
• Your login credentials.

What we have to keep

• Donation and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting and anti-fraud compliance (this is a legal requirement, and Stripe retains its own transaction records under its terms).
• Fraud, safety and abuse records — retained as needed to protect the platform and its users.
